PREPARING FOR YOUR INSTALLATION

  • Purpose
    This checklist must be completed by the facility prior to scheduling installation of your hyperbaric chamber. Proper preparation ensures a safe, efficient installation and prevents delays, additional costs, or rescheduling.

  • Important Notice
    The installation team is responsible for delivery, assembly, pressure testing, and operational readiness of the chamber in accordance with NFPA regulations.

  • They are not responsible for construction, electrical work, oxygen system installation, or facility modifications.

  • Failure to complete the items below may result in:

    • Delayed installation

    • Additional fees
